Mortgage loan - it is a long-term loan given to private individuals for buying, renovating, repairing or building a dwelling (apartment or house).
The advantages:
- the funding may amount of up to 80 per cent of the real estate valuation;
- the grace period for repayment of the principal may be as long as 60 months.

- registration of the collateral and inclusion of the related costs in the loan amount;
- payment card with the credit limit of up to 3 monthly salaries.
The amount you can borrow:
- starting from LVL 2,000 or the equivalent in EUR currency;
- it is possible to take a loan of up to 80% of the real estate value.

Documents required to apply for a mortgage loan:
- passport;
- SRS reference (if the loan amount is equal or exceeds LVL 18 000);
- document confirming the income;
- the valuation of the real estate;
- other documents (if necessary).
