Margrethe Melbye Grønn been appointed COO for the DnB NORD Group
Margrethe Melbye Grønn (born 1962) has been appointed COO of DnB NORD Group as of 18. January 2010. She joins the bank from a position in DnB NOR as Executive Vice President for Operations, Payment Services. She has since 2001 worked in various management positions within DnB NOR IT and Operations. In addition, she has worked as a Senior Project Manager in Hewlett Packard, and as a Technical Advisor for EDIFACT development in Brussels. Furthermore, she has over seven years work experience from the Norwegian Customs and the Norwegian Directorate of Customs and Excise. Margrethe Melbye Grønn holds a Master of Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Management and Ècole Superior Commerce Paris (ESCP-EAP). "I am looking forward to welcoming Margrethe Melbye Grønn to the DnB NORD Executive Management with her extensive operations and change experience she will strengthen our team and be a valuable asset to the Bank", said DnB NORD Group CEO Thomas Bürkle. |
